What got me started in Real Estate? 

I've always had an interest in Real Estate, but because of many happy years in banking, I never really pursued it.   In 2020, when things slowed down because of the pandemic, I was finally given the opportunity to pivot my  career from banking to Real Estate. Because, both industries pretty much go hand-in-hand, I was able to transition easily and give the same, high-level of service.  My devotion to guiding clients in making good financial decisions to make & save money in banking, has definitely poured over to the real estate world.

Why do I like Real Estate?

I genuinely love matchmaking... my clients to their perfect home, that is!  There's no better feeling than the one I get, knowing I've helped my clients achieve a lifetime goal, or the greatest return on their investments.  Negotiating on behalf of my clients is my forte,  and I look forward to that exciting moment, when I get to call and share that their offer got accepted. There's something special about being part of that moment when someone's goals or dreams have been fulfilled - I truly live for those days! 

What Areas do I cover? 

While I focus primarily on the Bay Area, there isn't a territory I won't explore.  I have successfully closed deals from Lake Tahoe, all the way down to Palm Desert. Yes, I literally go the extra mile for my clients!

I also handle a variety of transactions and property types, including Single Family Homes, Retirement Community Homes, New Construction, Condos, and Investment Properties.

Where  am I from, and where did I grow up?

I’m first-generation American, and was born and raised in the Bay Area.  My grandparents immigrated to Oakland, CA, from the Fiji Islands in the 60s. So, you could say, my connection to and knowledge of the Bay Area runs pretty deep – This is Home!

Buying a home is a major life decision, and I understand the challenges involved. There's so much that goes into finding the right home; I take the time to get to know you as my client, and actively listen to what your needs are.  

My goal is to provide expertise in the current market, create a plan of action, and give clear guidance throughout the entire process. I know it can be intimidating when faced with something unfamiliar, but you can trust me to be there to guide you every step of the way.  I take pride in ensuring a stress-free experience for you.

What do I do in my spare time?

Who has spare time? Just kidding! Beyond real estate, there are many things I take interest in.  I enjoy time with family & friends, traveling, exploring new hobbies, cooking, watching sports, live concerts, comedy, trying different cuisines, and caring for my plants – I’m happy to share tips on that too! There really isn't much, that I'm not interested in.
